Most likely you made a typo and did not notice it. Correct email syntax looks like this: name@mailhost.dom - No spaces, no commas. Make sure you type in the exact email address, do not type in real names like Bob Smith, it must be a working email address. How fast will the ecard reach the person I am sending it to? Most ecards are sent within one hour. The time between when the ecard is sent from our servers and your recipient gets it in their email box depends on their server and connectivity, however in most cases it only takes a few minutes. Do I need any special equipment to send or receive a card? No special equipment is needed. However, for the person you want to send a card to, you will need their name and email address. I sent a card without errors, however my recipient never got it. Why? The reasons could be numerous, however the most common ones are: ** Recipient's mail server could be down or slow. ** Recipient's email account has a storage limit, at the time you sent the card it was full. ** You may have mistyped their email address.
